Today July 26, 2018, Acad. Constantin Corduneanu, Professor emeritus of the University of Texas at Arlington, founder and editor for 31 years of Libertas Mathematica, and Honoray Editor of Libertas Mathematica (new series) celebrates the 90th birthday. We are preparing an issue of Libertas Mathematica (new series) dedicated to Acad. C. Corduneanu, to appear before the end of this year and we warmly invite all former and current colleagues, students, collaborators and friends to contribute to this volume with research papers and also with notes on the man, the mathematician and the colleague Constantin Corduneanu.
