The keynote (KS) or the invited speaker (IS) options to provide these information:
a. to send them to the organizer who invited him/her
b. to fill them on the website at the link provided by the organizer
Should this be on the ARA Publisher / ARA Congress Submission for Keynote IS or what do you suggest?
